We want you to love your new vape gadgets, accessories, and liquids! But we know that sometimes your preference changes, or something isn’t working the way you thought it would. Never fear, Big Red wants to help!

Feeling buyer's remorse?

Products that have not been opened/programmed/plugged in/otherwise used can be returned for a refund for any reason within 30 days (and yes, we can tell if you used it and just cleaned it up before you brought it in).  



All e-liquid sales will continue to be final, however, if your tastes have changed or it's not jivin' right with you, we'll be happy to do our best to adjust nicotine level, add flavor, dilute or whatever other tweaking we can do to your bottle of happy to make it pleasurable for you once again.

There will be no refunds issued for online juice orders. 

All wicks and cartos may be returned on a DOA (dead on arrival) basis only.  

All sales final on custom orders of any kind.

All returns must include any accessories, manuals, documentation, receipt, etc. that came with the product.

Returns on batteries and mods will be at the discretion of the store owners.  If it looks to have been flooded or otherwise damaged by user error, it will not be exchanged or refunded.

Mod and battery returns will be for in store credit only.

You are responsible for return shipping charges that are not related to a manufacturer error.

Some products are not eligible for a return for refund. These include, but are not limited to: e-liquids, drip tips, wicks and cartos (unless DOA), tanks that have been used, RDA's, wick, wire.

We are not able to process returns for items purchased second hand.  We will only process eligible returns with the original receipt.

In the event that we need to send you a replacement, return shipping will only cover delivery of the replacement part. You may not add additional purchases on top of a replacement shipment.

If your item is not eligible for return or exchange, there are several vape buy/sell/trade pages on facebook where you may be able to unload the doohickey you don't want for some cold, hard cash.

Thingie you bought isn’t working right?

If your item is defective, malfunctioning, or modified in some way, we would be happy to attempt to resolve your issue.  Our team will do our best to troubleshoot the issue, and if it is determined that it is a manufacturer defect, we will exchange the product for you.  Unfortunately, we cannot be responsible for exchanging things malfunctioning due to user error, so PLEASE make sure to ask plenty of questions and ensure you're comfortable using all products before taking them home.  

Please be aware of the following with regard to returns:

Eligibility for return of all items is determined on a case-by-case basis; we can not guarantee their eligibility unless it is proven that the issue is related to a manufacturing defect.

If the item has a manufacturer defect, please do not attempt to fix it yourself.  If you attempt to fix it and we can tell any part of the item has been altered it will NOT be refunded or exchanged.  

If a tank has been flooding or leaking, REMOVE it from the battery, dry the battery off with a paper towel or q-tip and do NOT put the leaking/flooded tank back on the battery until the issue is resolved.  Liquid can leak into the battery from the top and we WILL NOT refund/exchange batteries in these instances.  

Please pay attention to e-liquids denoted on our menu as potential tank-crackers.  It is your responsibility to ensure that you are using the proper tank for the liquid you purchase.  We will do our best to reiterate at the time of purchase that certain liquids should be used in a glass tank, but will not refund or exchange tanks cracked by e-liquids.

We cannot be responsible for broken items if they've been dropped, smashed with a hammer, accidentally hit on a rock, have bullet holes, or succumbed to a horrible death as a result of drunk and/or clumsy shenanigans.  If you are regularly inebriated or putzy, please take proper precautions by purchasing lanyards, cases, bullet-proof holders, desk pods, etc. to protect your equipment.

Things appear to have a manufacturer defect or were damaged in shipment?

Please contact us right away via e-mail, phone or Facebook (hey, it's 2014).  Document with pictures ASAP and do not attempt to fix the issue... we cannot get reimbursed from a manufacturer for a defective product if you try to play MacGuyver.  If something was damaged in shipping, the documentation helps us prevent having the same issues in the future.

But these things are sooooo tricky!

No question is stupid... and even if it is, we'll pretend it isn't.  Please make sure you have a full understanding of how to use your tanks, batteries, etc. prior to leaving the store and be sure to read thoroughly any instructions/manuals that are included with your purchase.

We are here to help and want everyone to have a wonderful experience at Big Red Vapor Pleasures!  We'll do our very best to resolve any issues with a smile, but our landlords don't take broken vape gear as rent payment.  Thanks in advance for your understanding and we apologize for any inconvenience!
